一 |     New Delhi, Oct 20 (UNI) Function for the presentation of certificate of election to the newly elected Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge will be held on October 26, at the Congress headquarters, General Secretary KC Venugopal said.

The invites to the event include members of the Congress Working Committee, state Congress presidents, Congress legislative party leaders, MPs, office bearers, as well as former Chief Ministers, and ministers.

Kharge, a former railways and labour minister, was elected as the new President of the Congress on Wednesday defeating MP Shashi Tharoor.

At his first press conference after being elected, he said inflation, severe unemployment, the gap between the rich and the poor, and the hatred spread by the government in the country are some of the main issues that need to be addressed.

UNI AO BAV。    本报讯 记者陈晶涛报道 7月17日，区人大调研组就全区打击治理电信网络诈骗犯罪工作开展情况进行视察。区人大常委会副主任张平参加视察，副区长、市公安局南票分局局长张向东陪同视察。         　　区人大调研组一行来到打渔山新型犯罪研究中心，实地查看了打击治理电信网络诈骗犯罪工作开展情况及现阶段取得的成效。         　　在随后召开的座谈会上，调研组听取了开展打击治理电信网络诈骗工作的情况，包括加强组织领导、完善工作机制、加大宣传力度等方面的举措。会上，调研组对于相关工作的开展情况给予了充分肯定。调研组指出，打击治理电信网络诈骗犯罪，事关人民群众切身利益，要切实把各项工作抓细、抓实。补强短板弱项，强化统筹协调和部门联动，不断提升工作质效；不断加强预防宣传，扎实开展各类反电信网络诈骗宣传教育活动，不断提升群众识诈防骗意识和能力，切实筑牢全民反诈防火墙，守护好人民群众的“钱袋子”。
