一 |          (ECNS) -- The 2026 FIM MotoMini China Grand Final concluded Sunday at Conghua International Racetrack in Guangzhou, crowning champions across all categories and confirming China’s qualifiers for the world final in Spain.    Double points rules made the decider highly competitive, with race winners earning 50 points per heat and a maximum of 100 for a clean sweep.    Four top riders from the FIM MotoMini 160cc and 190cc classes will represent China at the world final in Spain.        The event was co-hosted by the China Automobile and Motorcycle Sports Federation and the People’s Government of Conghua District, Guangzhou.    The district is fostering integrated growth of sports, cultural tourism and related industries.    (By Helen Mo, inter Xu Wenda)                    。

二 |     本报讯 《日报》全媒体记者 薛利超报道 为实施全面振兴新突破三年行动，深入打好蓝天保卫战，切实保障人民群众身体健康，建昌县日前印发方案，实施空气质量持续改善行动，以空气质量持续改善推动经济高质量发展。         建昌县将优化产业结构，促进产业产品绿色升级。推动优化产业结构和布局，推动产业绿色低碳发展，实施低VOCs原辅材料源头替代。优化能源结构，加速能源清洁低碳高效发展。大力发展新能源和清洁能源，积极开展燃煤锅炉关停整合，持续推进清洁取暖。优化交通结构，大力发展绿色运输体系。持续优化调整货物运输结构，加快提升机动车清洁化水平，强化非道路移动源综合治理，依法保障成品油质量。强化扬尘污染防治和精细化管理。

三 | 加强工地和道路扬尘污染治理，加强矿山生态修复治理，加强秸秆综合利用和禁烧。降低污染物排放强度。强化挥发性有机物（VOCs）全流程、全环节综合治理，推进重点行业和区域减排，开展餐饮油烟、恶臭异味和氨污染防控。         此外，完善大气环境管理体系，加强城市空气质量达标管理，完善区域大气污染防治协作机制，完善重污染天气应对机制；加强能力建设，严格执法监督，提升大气环境监测监控能力，强化大气环境监管执法；落实各方责任，开展全民行动。
